Is This Program A Crash Diet?

Far from it, this is a real world solution to nutrition. The same dieting habits you'll adopt will be the exact same that exist in every healthy, balanced diet.

What Happens After The Program?

Achieving your initial result is very much step one & after that, it's all about finding the long term solution for you. For some that's ongoing coaching & for others its teaching you the skills you need to manage things yourself for the foreseeable future.

How Much Support Do I Receive?

In addition to your sessions, you will have additional training support if required as well as an allocated client success coach who's on hand at any time should you need help.

Can I Still Eat Out?

Every single client I have will eat out multiple times throughout the process & still achieve the results they want. It's simply knowing how to manage your nutrition plan around the the things that matter for you, which is exactly what I'll show you how to do.

How Many Hours Do I Need A Week?

For optimal results I'd recommend allowing for a total of 4 hours training per week, if you're able to train with me 3 times per week then 3 hours is more than enough.
